McCully's Educational Resource Center's After-School academic
program is a research-based comprehensive tutorial program
for grades K-12. We provide customized lessons and materials
based on each student's needs.
- Pre-Evaluation
of each student enables us to provide an academic program
that fits the individual needs of the student.
- Group Sizes are created and determined by
pretest grade levels. One on one or groups of three students
per teacher, with a maximum of five, is our goal, to ensure
individualized attention.
- The Curriculum used in McCully's tutorial
program is aligned with the Michigan Curriculum Framework
and ultimately designed to help students increase their
reading, writing and math competency levels while preparing
them to achieve their best on the M.E.A.P. and A.C.T.
tests.
- Diagnostic Evaluations are available upon
request. However, we do not require an evaluation of your
student. As part of our program, teachers complete an academic
screening during the first session to determine your child's
individual needs.
- Conferences
You are invited to receive a quick, weekly update from your
child's teacher at the end of class. If you like a longer
conference or have concerns about your child, please let
the secretary know. She will have Mary McCully schedule
an appointment with you.
